Begin by preheating the oven to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.

Heat up garlic and onion together in olive oil and sauté them for approximately five minutes.

Combine the rice milk.

After that pour the non-dairy cheese into the mixture and stir the ingredients together until the cheese entirely melts.

Withdraw the skillet from the heat.

Now spread out the tortillas on a large plate and pour the created cheese sauce over top of the chips.

Serve warm.
